  • No refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in

Refund Process

Refunds are processed automatically through our secure payment system and typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.

  • Refunds processed within 24 hours of cancellation
  • PayPal processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Email confirmation sent upon refund processing
  • Contact support if refund doesn't appear within 7 days

Special Circumstances

We may offer exceptions to our standard cancellation policy in cases of genuine emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
